Louisa trained at Covent Garden's Urdang Academy, studying Musical Theatre and Professional Dance. Previous stage credits include Sweet Charity (Stratford Circus), The Actor's Nightmare (Jermyn St Theatre), Treasure Hunt (Queen's Park Open Air), Bickerson's Puppet Show (Edinburgh), Jack And The Beanstalk (Winchester Theatre Royal) and Sunday Lunch (Charles Cryer Theatre).

TV includes Dominique in the sitcom pilot of Aspiring Genius and was puppeteer for Charlie The Parrot in the children’s programme Daisy’s Adventures. Short Film includes Exposure, Without Light and Pacifism (Cannes 2008). Later this year, Louisa will be appearing in her debut feature film Tomorrow Doesn't Matter.
