Pol Ashton
Nicola has appeared on television in programmes such as Waking the Dead (BBC1), Holby City (BBC1), The Bill (ITV1) and was involved in the Warner Brothers film Winning London. She has also worked in plays such as The Old Curiosity Shop and By the Coast of Coromandal for BBC Radio Four. Nicola performed in a two woman play at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival which transferred to the Unicorn Theatre, London Bridge. As well as screen and stage work, Nicola works as a voiceover artist and has just finished a commercial for The Royal Bath and West Show which is to be shown on ITV1 and Channel Four. At present, Nicola is working on many short films with independent directors and is also delighted to be performing as Boo for The Bertie and Boo Theatre Company. Nicola trained at ALRA (The Academy of Live and Recorded Arts) where she successfully completed a three year professional acting diploma from Trinity College, London.
