Romeo and Juliet

One night in the basement of a boarding school where Shakespeare has been taken off the curriculum, four girls meet to read Romeo and Juliet. But what happens when they are caught by Matron and the Caretaker?

After the success of Alfie, Imperial Productions return to Barons Court Theatre with this original look at a classic, using an abridged version of Shakespeare’s text in a production which is influenced by both Dead Poets Society and St. Trinian’s.

This production will be directed by David Phipps-Davis, with Jenny Perry as assistant director.
